Ubud Bali Indonesia Travel Guide
We came back to Bali in early 2018 for a well deserved rest….actually our primary motive wasn’t to visit Bali but to spend some time at the lovely Alam Indah and then on to Alam Gillie both owned by the same family.
The reason we decided to hop over to Bali for a break are;
- Its close – a bit over 6 hours on the plane and you touch down in Dempasar. Mind you on this trip there was a problem with the plane and they had to find another plane somewhere. Eventually they conjured up a plane and we finally loaded an hour or so late.
- Its cheap – You can have a pretty good holiday for not much money, which is probably why there are so many Australians on the Island.
- The Alam group of guest houses which a heaven.
